Bruno Fernandes was born on 08/09/1994 in Maia, Portugal.Fernandes played most of his youth football with local club Boavista FC. On 27 August 2012, he joined Novara Calcio in Italy.He spent most of his professional career in Italy, amassing Serie A totals of 119 matches and 15 goals for Udinese and Sampdoria. In 2017, he signed with Sporting CP. On 5 May 2019,he scored a hat-trick in an 8–1 away routing of C.F. Os Belenenses, in the process becoming the highest-scoring Portuguese midfielder in a single season of all time, with 31 goals to his name.
